  8. Prepare 4 Cloves chopped garlic

  10. Prepare 100 ml milk

  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  13. Use 3 basil leaves chopped
  14. Take 2 basil leaf
  15. Take 1 Tsp chilli flakes
  16. Prepare 25 Gram butter
  17. Take 50 Gram sliced mozzarella cheese

Stir in the pumpkin and heavy cream and bring to a boil. Heat water for pasta, salt it and cook penne to al dente. Stir in chicken stock and combine. Remove the pan from the heat, then stir in the pumpkin, cream cheese, half of the chopped sage leaves, salt, pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cayenne.

Step by step to make Penne Pasta in Pumpkin Sauce:
  1. Boil water with white oil.
  2. Add pasta and boil for 3minute and strain it.
  3. Slit the pumpkin & onion & rub with butter.In A kadhai put salt & A stand, & heat it for 10 minute covering the lid.Then place the pumpkin & the onion on the stand & cook for 10 minute covering the lid.
  4. Put the onion & the pumpkin in A mixture jar.Make A smooth paste from it.
  5. Then heat A pan with butter.
  6. Add chopped garlic & fry it untill become golden brown.
  7. Add the chopped onion & fry it well.
  8. Add the flour add fry it untill you smell the fragance.
  9. Add the milk. & continuously stir it.
  10. When the sauce become thick add the pumpkin puree. & Mix it.
  11. Add black pepper powder & salt to taste. & stir it.
  12. Add chopped basil leaves & chilli flakes.
  13. Add the cheese and mix it well.
  14. Add the boiled pasta. And mix well. Tear two basil leaves and add to it.
  15. Turn off the gas. Serve hot.
  16. Done and ready to serve!

Continue whisking until the cream cheese melts and you have a smooth, rich sauce. Taste and add additional salt and pepper as desired. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and gently toss to combine. Stir in broth a little bit at a time until smooth. Meanwhile, cook pasta al dente in salted water according to package directions.
