  3. Chop up cacao chips in food processor until they are in small chunks
  4. Add first 5 (dry) ingredients and mix in bowl.

  6. Add in honey and stir
  7. Using a 1 teaspoon 'globed' style measuring spoon, scoop up mixture and press firmly to inside bowl or flat surface so the mixture takes on the rounded shape. I used a canola oil pan coating in the spoon and the flat surface to keep from sticking.
  8. When all the mixture is done, dust bite sized snacks with baking cocoa.
  9. Done and ready to serve!

In a microwave safe bowl, melt the coconut oil, peanut butter and maple syrup. Stir into the dry ingredients until well mixed. That's one or two large pieces of jerky. It goes straight from the bag into your mouth. All you have to do is chew.
