Directions Heat the oil and fry the boiled pork in a pan until brown and crispy. Sauté the garlic, onion, and ginger. Add the coconut milk into the pan and stir with a spatula. Cover the pan and bring the liquid to a boil.

  8. Done and ready to serve!
