To make the Andhra Pepper Chicken, in a large wok or a kadai or a deep pan preheat the oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion, sliced green chillies, chopped ginger and chopped garlic and saute until the onion softens and turns slightly brown. Add chicken in batches; tossing to coat. Stir-fry onion in remaining oil until tender.

Instructions to make Pepper Chicken:
  1. Marinate the chicken in salt, pepper and lemon n lime juice. Keep in fridge for an hour or so
  2. Chop the onions and sauté them till they are golden with cinnamon stick
  3. Add chilli powder, pepper, gochujang and garam masala. Add lil water while doing this.
  4. Add the chicken and mix well. Add water in case needed or if you want lil sauce. Keep on medium flame until it’s cooked
  5. Serve warm with rice or roti
