  11. Prepare abit coriander for garnish

Once the chicken is cooked, strain the broth into another pot. Add chopped onions and carrots to it. Take the bones, tomato, cloves, cinnamon black peppercorns and salt with one litre of water in a pressure cooker and cook till six whistles. Adjust salt and simmer for five to six minutes.
