  7. once the squash is soften dump it with the rest of the cooked vegetables.. add more oil cook onion,green and red pepper. cook until the onions are transparent add all the vegetable back in the pot.. sprinkle in some red pepper flakes for some heat to the dish..
  8. cook the vegetables together for about 10 minutes..
  9. Voilà! your ratatouille is complete.. it taste amazing with my baked chicken..
