Ingredients and seasonings required in prepare

  9. Use 1 tsp sugar

Add half an onion that's been cut into large wedges and a large can of tomatoes. Add water or broth and simmer. Add the flour and stir to coat the onion and garlic. Add crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, chicken stock, and sugar.

Instructions to make Tomato soup:
  1. Boil tomato and beetroot.
  2. Once tomato cools slightly peel and discard the skin of tomato.
  3. In mixie jar add black pepper, cloves cinnamon stick, green chilli grind coarsely.
  4. Add boiled beetroot and peeled tomato and make a paste.
  5. Strain paste in a vessel. Add water as needed.
  6. Now boil the mixture add salt,sugar and butter. Add cornflour paste.
  7. Boil till thickens
  8. Done and ready to serve!

Purée and serve: Purée the soup with an immersion blender. Alternatively, fill a countertop blender less than halfway with the hot soup. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat while stirring to make sure that the flour is not sticking to the bottom or sides of the pan. Use a hand-held immersion blender to puree soup until very smooth. In a large saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender.
