Korean Egg Roll (Gyeran Mari) is a very easy and simple side dish that is a favorite in lunchboxes. Steps to make Korean Egg Roll:
  1. Chop all the ingredients(carrot, cucumber and green onion) into dice.
  2. In a large bowl, crack eggs and stir nicely.
  3. Mix the chopped ingredients into the bowl. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. A pan is heated with strong flame. Then, switch to low flame.
  5. Pour the mixture nicely and spread the egg first. Then, take a spoon and scatter the ingredients on top.(just like rinse something and take the liquid out first)
  6. Swith to medium flame. Roll eggs till half catefully by using two spatulas.
  7. Pour the remaining mixture into the pan. Repeat the rolling step.
  8. Cool the egg role for a while before cut. Ready to serve. Eat best with soup.
  9. Done and ready to serve!

Wet the sides with water using your finger. Fold the sides in and wet the folded in sides. Freeze on a cookie sheet or tray without them touching each other. Simply pour a portion of the egg mixture into a thin layer. When the egg is set but still wet, fold it with a spatula and keep rolling.
