Pour in oil then add the beaten egg. You'll see it quickly bubble up from the edge. Push it around to cook thoroughly then break the scrambled egg into small pieces. Add the beaten eggs and immediately add the rice, gently press down in small circles to separate the rice grains.

Step by step to cook Egg Fried rice:
  1. Fry the garlic in hot oil and keep aside.
