  10. Prepare 4-5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  11. Take 3 generous splashes soy sauce of your choosing

Add garlic, ginger and chilli flakes. Heat the remaining oil in the wok over a medium to high heat. Stir-fry for a further minute and then return the half-cooked prawns to the wok. Shrimp, green mussels, scallops, and calamari stir-fried with mushrooms, carrots, bell peppers, onions and jalapeños.

  9. Turn on another hob and add the water from kettle in a pot. Bring to boil add sprinkle of salt and cook fine green beans for 4 minutes (drain during next the step)
  10. The timer will ring now so take bowl from step two out the fridge and add the mix to the wok. Turn hob down to a moderate heat. Cook prawn through 2minutes on each side.

  12. Turn up to full heat again.
  13. Add red chopped bell pepper and stir fry and 1 more splash of soy sauce, cook 1 minute longer.
  14. Now plate up and put fine green beans on top. Enjoy
  15. Done and ready to serve!
