Easy Ways Make|Recipe} Sweet Potato Crisps/Chips the Can Spoil the Tongue, Tasty

If wrong processing, the result will be unsatisfactory and in fact tend to be unpleasant. Ingredients and seasonings required for prepare
  1. Prepare 300-350 gms Sweet Potato
  2. Take as required Veg oil for deep frying

They're easy to make and deep-fried to crispy perfection, plus you can control the salt or add other seasonings to suit your family's taste. Drizzle with oil, toss, and spread them in a single layer on sheets. Sprinkle with salt, and serve with lime wedges. Steps to make Sweet Potato Crisps/Chips:
  1. Wash the Sweet potatoes thoroughly and slice it (I prefer to keep the skin on) and keep it soaked in water….after you finish slicing all, give a thorough wash once or twice and let it be in the water for an hour or till the slices turn stiff. Once stiff, drain the water and keep it like that to drain the excess water and dry a bit in a colander. (see recipe)
  2. Heat enough oil to deep fry the slices, I fried the sweet potato slices in 6 batches, don't overcrowd the kadai…..it took me roughly half an hour to fry everything. Once the oil heats carefully put a small batch of slices. Fry over medium to low flame, adjust flame accordingly, toss and turn with a slotted spoon and once it turns into nice golden brown colour and crispy also take it out of the oil and keep it on a kitchen tissue paper to absorb the extra oil.
  3. Fry the rest of sweet potato slices also. Here Sweet Potato wafer/ chips is ready. Sprinkle your favourite seasoning before serving and enjoy it as a snack. For storage, once it comes to room temperature keep it in an dry airtight container for future consumption. Bon Appetite!!!

Cool chips on plate before transferring to a bowl. Repeat with remaining sweet potato slices. Peel sweet potatoes and slice thinly, using either a mandolin or sharp knife. In a large bowl, toss sweet potatoes with coconut oil, rosemary, and salt. Place sweet potato chips in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
