How to make Sweet Potato Baked Chips:
  1. Using a scrubber (keep a separate scrubber for vegetables) Scrub the mud off the sweet potatoes. Now using a potato peeler, peel slices of the sweet potatoes. Add salt, chilli powder, cornflour and oil and mix everything properly to coat the slices.
  2. Place the slices on a baking tray lined with a baking paper. Bake @180 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Keep a check in between 5 minutes. Enjoy these guilt free, crispy and delicious chips.
  3. Done and ready to serve!

There's no added oil and nothing artificial. Now you can satisfy your snack cravings with the nutritious goodness of real veggies. Peel the sweet potato and slice it with a vegetable peeler into thin strips. Lay them out on a parchment lined tray. Keep them seperate and not touching in a single layer.
