  8. Take 100 grams Bean sprouts
  9. Prepare 1 Long red chilli, finely sliced
  10. Use 3/4 cup Raw peanuts, toasted
  11. Take 2 tbsp Sesame seeds, toasted
  12. Prepare 1 (DRESSING)
  13. Take 1/3 cup Rice wine vinegar
  14. Prepare 2 tsp Fresh lime juice
  15. Prepare 3 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
  16. Take 1 tbsp Fresh chopped mint
  17. Prepare 1 tbsp Fresh chopped basil
  18. Prepare 1 tsp Minced garlic
  19. Prepare 1 tsp Minced ginger
  20. Prepare 1 1/2 tsp Honey
  21. Take 1/4 tsp Sea salt
  22. Prepare 1/4 tsp Cracked black pepper
  23. Take 1/2 tsp Ground coriander
  24. Prepare 1/2 cup Peanut oil
  25. Prepare 1 tbsp Sesame oil

Place all your vinaigrette ingredients in a glass jar, season and shake until emulsified. Add all your ingredients (except the sliced chilli and extra peanuts) in a large mixing bowl, pour over the vinaigrette, season and toss until well combined. Toss slaw ingredients together in a large bowl. Whisk Asian Slaw Dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.

Step by step to make Asian Slaw with Spicy Thai Vinaigrette:
  1. Shred cabbage and julienne carrots as per ingredients list states.
  2. Slice green onion and snow peas.
  3. Cucumbers
  4. Basically- prep veggies as stated in ingredients list and throw together in a large salad bowl. The sesame seeds and peanuts need to be toasted in a dry fry pan before adding to salad.
