In a skillet melt butter over medium heat. Serve mushrooms and onions over steaks. Coat meat with flour mixture, shaking off excess. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.

Steps to make Smothered Mushroom Meat:
  1. I like cheaper cuts off meat, with some fat for this dish. Using pork steaks today.
  2. I like to spray my slow cooker surface. Then put your meat in.
  3. Clean and chop you onion, usually in "sticks". Put on top of the meat.

  15. After 8 hours on low
  16. The meat just falls apart. I wanted to serve it on noodles tonight, the wife, rice.
  17. Done and ready to serve!
